Using
Printers
Restarting
the
Prjnter
If
you
attempt
to
print
when
your
printer
is
not
attached,
you
hear
a
beep
and
see
the
[!!]
displayed
on
the
status
line.
Use
the
mouse
pointer
to
point
to
the
[!!]
and
then
press
the
left
mouse
button
to
display
the
system
error
message.
The
message
informs
you
that
the
printer
cannot
be
accessed
and
that
you
must
check
the
power
and
the
cable
connection
and
restart
the
printer.
To
restart
a
printer:
1
Resume
the
Office
window.

Point
to
!Printers!.
3
Press
<Enter>
or
<B1>.
You
see
the
Printers
window.

to
!Printer
Restart!

you
see
the
message:
The
printer
is
now
reset.
The
print
job
that
was
queued
starts
to
print
or,
if
no
print
job
was
queued,
the
printer
is
ready
to
print.
