1. Pull back the adjusting locking knob
to unlock the handle.
2. Turn clockwise or counter-clockwise to set
the desired torque.
4. Apply a steady force to the center of handle, and stop

to lock the handle.
1. While setting the desired torque, the arrow must line
up with the scale before pushing back the adjustment
locking knob, otherwise it may damage the inner
mechanism.
