4: Align larger center holes and insert the Axle (#4). Install four long machine screws (#14), four small
locknuts (#15) and eight small washers (#16) into four inside holes. Tighten all machine screws and
locknuts securely.
5: Rotate the hexagon adapter (#6) clockwise into the longer end of the axle (#4) with the normal
thread (not the ¼” NPT threaded end) and tighten it securely. On the opposite short end, install
plastic cover (#7), spring (#8) and plastic cap (#7) one by one.
1: Unpack and inspect all Air Hose Reel components. Make sure all parts listed above are enclosed.
2: Assemble two flat center spokes (#2) with two short machine screws (#14), two small locknuts (#15) and
four small washers (#16) into the holes near open end of spoke. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM.
3: Assemble two offset center spoke (#3) with one short machine screw (#14), one small locknut (#15) and
two small washers (#16) into a outside hole. Insert assembled flat center spokes (#2) into offset
center spokes (#3). Install another machine screw, locknut and washers. DO NOT TIGHTEN THEM.
