Assembly Guide

Step 1 Framework Assembly

Assemble the main framework of the laser engraver by connecting support beams and slide rails.

Step 2 Belt Tension Adjustment

Install and adjust the belt tension adjustment nut for optimal belt tightness.

Step 3 X-axis Assembly Installation

Mount the X-axis assembly onto the main frame structure.

Step 4 Bottom Support Feet Installation

Attach the four support feet to the bottom of the assembled frame.

Step 5 Adjustable Rod Installation

Install the adjustable rod for precise laser focus height control.

Step 6 Laser Module Mounting

Securely attach the laser module to the X-axis assembly.

Step 7 Cable Tie Installation

Distribute and install cable ties to manage wires on the X and Y axes.

Step 8 Wiring Connections

Connect the motor, laser module, and limit switch cables, paying attention to interface orientation.
