High-intensity laser beams generate heat, posing fire risks. Unattended operation is prohibited. Fire extinguisher recommended.
Ensure a clean workplace free of flammable or explosive items. Use a metal sheet under the machine.
Wear safety goggles, avoid skin exposure to laser beams. Parental supervision for youth. Do not touch the module when on.
Assemble the main framework of the laser engraver by connecting support beams and slide rails.
Install and adjust the belt tension adjustment nut for optimal belt tightness.
Mount the X-axis assembly onto the main frame structure.
Attach the four support feet to the bottom of the assembled frame.
Install the adjustable rod for precise laser focus height control.
Securely attach the laser module to the X-axis assembly.
Distribute and install cable ties to manage wires on the X and Y axes.
Connect the motor, laser module, and limit switch cables, paying attention to interface orientation.
Loosen, adjust, and tighten nuts for proper Y-axis belt tension.
Loosen, adjust, and tighten nuts for proper X-axis belt tension.
