If your ATH-Heinl Lifting Systems platform is not lowering, several factors could be responsible. Start by checking if the safety catches respond; inspect the cable connection and electromagnets, replacing them if necessary, and try relieving the catches by lifting the platform slightly. A defective control relay could also be the cause, so check it. Ensure there is no obstruction under the platform and remove any if found. If the hose rupture protection has triggered, lift the platform briefly and press the "DOWN" button again. Verify that the lowering valve is activated by checking its electrical connection. A defective lowering valve solenoid or the valve itself may need replacement. Lastly, ensure the valve for lowering speed is set correctly.
