Attach the scope to a tripod or car window mount for steady viewing using the standard 1/4-20 female thread.
The adjustable eyecup twists up and down for optimal viewing with or without eyeglasses.
Turn the focus adjustment ring until the image is clear for optimal viewing.
Grasp the eyepiece body and rotate the Power Change Ring to the desired power setting.
Use the tripod mounting collar to rotate the spotting scope body for greater viewing flexibility.
Extend the sunshade to block stray light, shield the objective lens, and prevent damage or soiling.
Avoid internal disassembly. Clean external optical surfaces with provided cloth or lens paper.
Never look directly at the sun with the spotting scope, as it can cause serious eye damage.
Athlon products are warranted against defects for lifetime. Repair or replacement is free for normal use damage.
