Attach the scope to a tripod or car window mount using the standard 1/4-20 female thread.
Twist the eyecup up or down for optimal viewing with or without eyeglasses.
Turn the center focus ring until the image appears clear.
Grasp the eyepiece body and rotate the Power Change Ring to the desired power setting.
Loosen the mounting collar thumbscrew to rotate the scope body for better viewing flexibility.
Extend the sunshade to block stray light and protect the objective lens.
Never look directly at the sun through the spotting scope, as it can cause serious eye damage.
