– Remove remaining material from cast joints.
4.1.2 Replacement parts
Closure plate for wheel housing
Preparing new parts
– Transfer separating cut to new part and cut to size.
4.1.3 Welding in
– Match up and fix new part in position.
– Place an additional thickness of the same material behind the
separating cut.
– Weld separating cut, SG continuous seam.
– Weld in remaining joint, SG continuous seam.
