Replacement dash panel inserts already have a 14-digit identification number (required if dash panel insert and
engine control unit are replaced at the same time). This is however overwritten on adapting dash panel insert
to engine control unit.

- Release dash panel insert => Page 104 .
Note:
New/old dash panel inserts must always be released. Then proceed as follows:
