- Selecting a track : select the track that is cur-
rently playing. Select: ri ght control button>
Copy to Jukebox > This track or Entire album
or This artist .
Requirement: a video file must be playing.
- Select:
right contro l button > Copy to Jukebox .
The copying
process begins. The status of the
copying process is shown in the MM!.
- Hiding the importing process : select and con-
firm
Continue copying in background . The im-
porting process is hidden.

Canceling the importing process : se l ect and
confirm Cancel copying : Or: r emove the so urce
that is being impor ted . Files already cop i ed re-
main.
When importing, the audio files are automatical-
ly sorted into the media center categories based
on the stored additional information
¢ page 160. The copied video files are stored in
the media center under th e Videos category.
CD Note
Do not import audio/video files when the en-
gine is turned off because this will drain the
vehicle battery.
Tips
- Tracks from audio CDs cannot be impor ted
to the Jukebox for legal rea sons.
- Files that have already been import ed are
automat ically recognized and ca nnot be
copied to the Jukebox again .

It is not possible to play audio/video * files
in
the CD/DVD * dr ive while importing them.
- The Jukebox does not provide an export
function due to legal reasons.
- Files or tracks without stored addit i onal in-
format i on are listed as Unknown . Audi rec-
ommends adding additional information
(such as ID3 tags) to audio files.

Bluetooth audio player
Applies to: vehicles with Bluetooth
With the Bluetooth audio player, you can play
music wirelessly from your Bluetooth-capab/e
device (such as a cell phone) through the MM!.
Requirement: t he vehicle mu st be stationary and
the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device
and the Bluetooth audio player ¢ page 168 in
the MM! must both be switched on.
- Connecting a Bluetooth device: press the
I MEDIA i button. Press the left control button
until the sources overview is displayed. Select
and confirm Bluetooth audio player @
<=;>page 159, fig. 135 .
- If n ecessa ry, se lect an d confirm, Not connected
> Connect Bluetooth audio player . The Bl ue-
tooth device search sta rts. Follow the instruc-
tions in the MM!.
- Select and confirm the desired Bluetooth de-
vice from the list. The MMI generates a PIN for
the connection.
- Select and confirm Yes.
- Enter th e PIN for connecting on your Bluetooth
device. Or : if the PIN is already displayed on
your Bluetooth device, confirm it in the Bl ue-
tooth device and in the MMI. The time all owed
for entering the PIN is limited to approximately
30 seconds.
The media is started and operated through the
mobile device or the MMI, depending on the de -
vice being
used.
(!) Tips
- Check for any connection requests on your
Bluetooth device.
- You only have to pair your device one time.
Bluetooth devices t hat are already paired
automatically connect to th e MMI when
they are within range.
- Multiple Bluetooth audio players can be
connected to the MMI, but only one mobile
devi ce can be active.

Bluetooth protocols AVRCP (1.0/1.3/1.4)
and A20P are s upported.
