1. THE VOLUME IS TOO LOUD
To resolve this, lower the volume and increase it slowly.
2. THE USER IS PUTTING PRESSURE ON THE MICRO-
PHONE
You may be accidentally pung pressure or obstrucng
the microphone when ng the device.
Do not worry. Once the device is secure in your ear, remove
your hands and the whistling will stop.
Fully charge the device, then try using them again. Be sure that
both hearing aids are secure in their Charging Dock, making a rm
connecon.
Remember that it’s expected for your device to NOT feel normal for
the rst few weeks. Focus on using your hearing aids every day for a
few weeks, and you will become acclimated to the device.
