      If the Audio Analogue Media Converter's display is off and there's no sound, first ensure the unit isn't in standby mode by pressing the STBY button on the remote or the front panel, and switch on the main power supply switch on the front panel. Check that the power cord is correctly plugged into the wall outlet. Also, after unplugging the power cord, inspect the fuses in the fuse panel above the IEC inlet and replace any burned-out fuses with the same type.

      If the remote controller for your Audio Analogue Media Converter isn't working, first replace the batteries with two new ‘AAA’ batteries. If that doesn't work, try getting closer to the unit or reducing the angle at which you're using the remote.

      If the display of your Audio Analogue Media Converter is on but there's no sound, check the cords and their connections between the Fortissimo CD – DAC and the amplifier. Ensure that the Fortissimo CD - DAC is correctly selected through the amplifier inputs. Also, verify that the digital source is not coded or compressed PCM (AC3, DTS...).
