What to do if Audioaccess PX-600 keypad is locked up?

If your Audioaccess Amplifier keypad locks up (lights on, but no functions), or the system/zone locks up after pressing the ON button, try these steps: First, check all keypad connections and ensure the data bus wires have the correct polarity. Next, verify the DIP switches are set correctly for your zone, room, and system. Also, make sure the front panel volume knob isn't rubbing on the motor pot bracket; gently pull the knob out about 1/16th of an inch. If these steps don't resolve the issue, consider replacing the KPS Processor assembly.
