• OSN3: Connect an RJ-45 cable connector (not supplied) to the RJ-45 serial port
of the Mediant 1000B OSN3 ( ), and then connect the other end of the cable
to the serial port of your PC.

3. Establish a serial communication session with the following port settings:
• Bits per second: 115200
• Data bits: 8
• Parity: None
• Stop bits: 1
• Flow control: None
