Situation/Problem: On certain power amplifiers the remote amp turn on line does not turn off
externally connected power amplifier(s) when the radio is turned off and the vehicle is running.
Solution: Add a 4.7kohm resistor from the remote shutoff line to ground either at the amplifier or at the
radio (see figure 1 below.
