1. Press the Select soft key.
2. Press the Up/Down navigation key to highlight one of the
following:
• Connected
• Unavailable
3. Choose one of the following:
• Press the Select soft key to select Presence.
• Press the Back soft key to return to the previous step.
4. You can choose a more detailed presence status as follows for
other users to see or you can select None if you do not want to give
additional information.
5. Choose a presence status:
Appointment Permanent absence
Away Playing
Breakfast Presentation
Busy Shopping
Dinner Sleeping
Holiday Spectator
In transit Steering
Looking for work Travel
Lunch TV
Meal Vacation
Meeting Working
On the phone Worship
Performance Unknown
Note:
You can create your own Presence message to appear on
screen, which become available when you program a feature
key as a shortcut. For more information, see Adding a new
Presence state message on page 192.
