Selecting a language
The display is available in multiple languages. A maximum of five languages are accessible
through the IP Deskphone. The system administrator determines which languages are
available for your IP Deskphone.
To select a language:
Prefs 1. Press the Prefs context-sensitive soft key, and
then select Language. The current language
displays.
Change 2. Press the Change context-sensitive soft key to
change the language.
3. Press the Up/Down navigation key to scroll and
highlight the
desired language (for example, German
[Deutsche]).

Back
4. Choose one of the following:
• Press
the Select
context-sensitive soft key to save
the desired language and return to the previous
screen.
• Press the Back context-sensitive soft key to keep
the existing configurations and return to the
Preferences menu.
Selecting the date and time format
Several date and time formats are available. Formats are based on the 12-hour and 24-hour
clocks.
To select a date format:
Prefs 1. Press the Prefs
context-sensitive soft key, select
Misc Options, and then select Time
.
Change 2. Press the Change context-sensitive soft key.
