Viewing missed calls
About this task
By default, a missed call is indicated by the Missed call icon and can be viewed in the Call list.
If supported by the system, the number’s contact name, time and date of the call is displayed in the
missed call list.
Procedure
1. Press Menu.
2. Select Calls > Call list > View.
3. (Optional) To call back, select the missed call number from the call list, and then press Off-
hook.
4. (Optional) Press More to edit the received number, add to contacts, and delete the received
number.
Emergency calls
If configured by the administrator, the user can call any one of up to five emergency numbers. An
emergency number can be called even if the handset or keypad is locked.
Managing Mid-call operations
During a call
If the handset is configured by the administrator, one of the predefined emergency numbers can be
called while the handset or keypad is locked. When calling from a locked handset only the
Microphone on or Microphone off can be accessed by pressing the soft key More. However, the
entire In Call menu is accessible when calling from a handset with locked keypad. Some of the
functions are system-dependent. The parameters are set up by the administrator in the PDM or
Device Manager.
