Call list
You can see the last 25 received, dialled, or missed calls that are stored in the call list. If a phone
number occurs more than once, the last time stamp and the total number of occurrences are
listed. From the menu, you can see call list under Calls > Call list.
For users who use the devices like a DECT phone, a SIP client for PC, a desk phone, and others,
the Call list is synchronizes on all the devices during the work shift.
Note:
The system administrator configures this feature.
The Call list synchronization is done when:
• A handset starts up.
• A call is ended.
• One or all entries are deleted manually from the Call list.
When the Call list synchronization starts, the Syncing call list message displays on screen
until the update is complete.
You can manually close the dialogue using Back button, and in this case synchronization
continues in the background.
If synchronization fails, an error message Could not sync call list is displays on the
screen: In this case the Call list is not updated.
Note:
If Call list synchronization is enabled, successive calls of the same number will appear in
series and is not be grouped.
