VPNACTIVE 0 Indicates whether a VPN tunnel
has been established. Valid values
are:
• 0 = VPN tunnel not established.

1 = VPN tunnel established.
If an existing VPN tunnel fails,
VPNACTIVE will be set to "0",
IPADD will be set to "0.0.0.0",
