Step 2: Verify SIP Entity Link Status
Navigate to Elements Session Manager System Status SIP Entity Monitoring to
view more detailed status information for the specific SIP Entity Links used for calls between
SIP endpoints and non-SIP stations on Communication Manager Evolution Server.
Select the SIP Entity for Communication Manager Evolution Server from the All Monitored
SIP Entities table (not shown) to open the SIP Entity, Entity Link Connection Status page.
In the All Entity Links to SIP Entity: s8800_cmes table, verify the Conn. Status for both links
is “Up” as shown below:
Click Show to view more information associated with the selected Entity Link.
