Note: This value is backed up as equal to the
PERSONALWAV value when PERSONALWAV is set to
one of the 8 standard ring patterns. When
PERSONALWAV is greater than 8 (meaning it is set to
one of the newer ring patterns) and PERSONALRING
was set using a backup file value, that backup value is
re-saved. If neither of these conditions apply, no
PERSONALRING value is backed up.
