Avaya 9621G - Editing a Rule; Turning off a Rule

• External on no answer to [Enter Number]
The selected rule is highlighted by a yellow mark.
If you have configured a number for any of the rules, the deskphone displays that
number in place of the text Enter Number.
3. Touch Save to save the destination number.
4. Perform one of the following actions:
• To activate forwarding for a rule,
touch
Turn on for that rule.
• To activate forwarding for all the rules,
touch
All on.
Editing a rule
Procedure
1. Touch the ECF icon on the quick touch panel, or access the Enhanced Call
Forward feature from the Features screen.
2. Touch the rule that you want to edit and enter the destination number using the
numeric keypad.
3. Touch Save.
Turning off a rule
Procedure
1. Touch the ECF icon on the quick touch panel, or access the Enhanced Call
Forward feature from the Features screen.
2. Select the rule that you want to turn off.
3. TouchTurn off.
4. To turn off all the active rules, touch All off.
5. Touch Exit.
