About this task
Use this procedure to increase the font size that the deskphone displays.
Note:
This feature is available only for the English fonts.
Procedure
1. Press Avaya Menu.
2. Select Options & Settings or Phone Settings.
3. Press Select or OK.
4. Select Screen & Sound Options.
5. Press Select or OK.
6. Select Text Size.
Note:
The Text Size option is available only if it is enabled through the settings file.
7. Press Change or OK to change the text size.
8. Press Save.
Ringer Pattern
About ringer patterns
You can personalize or select a specific ringer pattern for your deskphone. The ringer pattern
helps you to identify whether an incoming call is from an internal number or from an external
number. You can select a ringer pattern from the available 8 Classic and 8 Alternate ringer
patterns. Thus you can select the ringer pattern from a total 16 different ringers.
If you configure one of the ringer patterns from Classic or Alternate list as the default tone to
be played on an incoming call, then on an incoming call from an external number a distinctly
different ringer pattern plays. The ringer pattern for an external calls is unique and distinctly
