2. Scroll to Applications and press Select.
3. Select Call Priority.
4. On the Precedence Selection screen, select the precedence level.
5. Dial the extension from one of the following:
• Contacts
• Recents
• The dial pad
Making a precedence call by using dial plan configuration
About this task
Use this procedure to make a precedence call manually by dialing the extension number.
Before you begin
Ensure that the Dial plan is configured on the Local Session Controller or Enterprise Session
Controller with the Feature Access Code (FAC).
Procedure
1. Lift the handset or press one of the following:
• Speaker
• Headset
• Corresponding line button
2. Dial the FAC followed by the extension number.
Retrieving a voice message
About this task
Use this procedure to listen to your voicemail messages. The beacon LED of the phone lights to
indicate that you have a voice message. Few voicemail configuration has the web interface to
access it, please contact your administrator for more information.
Before you begin
• Ensure that the system administrator configures the voicemail for your extension.
• Obtain the user ID and password of your voicemail from your system administrator.
Procedure
1. To log in to your voicemail, press the Message button.
