• Sometimes the BT audio device is not selected properly. Disconnect the call and
join again after selecting the BT audio.
Comparison between CU360 App and Spaces Room App
The CU360 App provides the possibility to join Spaces with your CU360 device used for a Room,
while the Spaces App provides the personal experience when joining Spaces, with access to all
your personal spaces, including instant messaging and posts.
To change the CU360 configuration for Avaya Spaces, including the device used for Room or
personal experience, browse to
[GUI] CONFIGURE > ADVANCED > AVAYA SPACES
[WEB] [ADMIN LOGIN] ADMINISTRATOR SETTINGS> AVAYA SPACES
• Use with Spaces account: Yes (for Personal device)/No (for Room device)
