For other applications, a toast message is displayed when toggling on/off the tracking feature.
• Tracking Mode: Track Speaker*/Auto Framing.
o Track Speaker: automatically detects the face of the active speaker in the
room and zooms to it. It works only when the mic is not muted and the camera
is not in privacy, while the CU360 app is in foreground, or the overlay window
is active while in a call/recording/streaming.
o Auto Framing: automatically detects a group of people in the room and zooms
to them. This mode is not available for other apps.
The Tracking functionality (current mode) for the CU360 app can be toggled also in the Control
Camera Panel of the CU360 App UX, or from the More Actions Panel of the web interface.

• Important
• When Camera Tracking is active, the camera cannot be digitally PTZ-ed and its
presets cannot be recalled.
