The audio call option is only available if the contact has a phone number associated
with their
Avaya Spaces account.
You can call a favorite contact directly from the Direct Messages option without opening
the direct space of the contact.
Accepting or declining an Avaya Spaces digital call
Before you begin
Ensure that you log in to Avaya Spaces.
Procedure
Select one of the following when you receive an Avaya Spaces digital call alert:
• Accept: To answer the call.
• Decline: To reject the call.
