“Apps & Tools” – Search Page
The below list includes some of the more relevant Apps that are commonly used
with CU360. For further information please refer to the local Avaya sales
representative.
Used for Split & Share and as standalone
o Microsoft Office Excel
o Microsoft Office Word
o Microsoft Office Powerpoint
o VLC
o Dropbox
Used as standalone
Avaya conferencing App must be minimized, as below Apps require exclusive use of the
audio/video peripherals.
o BlueJeans
NOTE: Bluejeans is supported both using the native Bluejeans App and
connecting to the Bluejeans SIP gateway with the CU360 native App.
o WebEx. Screen sharing is enabled with Premium Account.
NOTE: WebEx is supported both using the native WebEx App and
connecting to the WebEx SIP/H323 gateway with the CU360 native App.
o Microsoft Skype for Business. Please visit this link

Android.
o Microsoft Teams. Mobile Application Management / MAM for the Microsoft
Teams app must be configured. This means that the Teams app requires MS
InTune Company Portal app to be installed on the device and registered to an
InTune server first (provided by the customer).
o Zoom. To check the features currently available on the Android App of Zoom

NOTE: Zoom is supported both using the native Zoom App and
connecting to the Zoom SIP gateway with the CU360 native App.
Using the Default Web Browser
To launch the default Web Browser, minimize the CU360 app by pressing the Back key,
then click on the “Star” icon at the bottom right of the desktop. The default browser will
launch. It will present a list of links to common stores.
