Enable the dedicated user to edit the Rooms calendars
• Login to https://login.microsoftonline.com with the dedicated user’s email (such as
roomadmin@mycompany.com or thanh@avaya.com below)
• Open the dedicated user's "Calendar" and from the top navigation go to the user's drop-
down menu and click on "Open another mailbox..."
• This will open a Microsoft pop-up dialog window. Input the Room resource you would like
to be a delegate for.
