Switching between Overlay and Fullscreen Modes
Most of the remote-control keys in this release work also when the app is split or in bk:
Present, Rec, Mute, Privacy, Volume, Zoom +/-
Call/Disc to resume the app in foreground
Navigation and editing keys go to the foreground app
Diagnostic Tools
In this release, some diagnostic tools have been added. Their usage might be required by
Customer Support to analyze network conditions or other issues. Please activate those tools
only with proper Customer Support assistance, they could degrade the performances of the
system.
Retrieving Endpoint Logs
When reporting a problem to customer support, you may be asked to retrieve and send logs
of Avaya IX Collaboration Unit CU360. There are two kinds of logs:
Logs for analyzing network traffic (NetLog).
Internal system activities and configurations, offering a snapshot of the system’s status in
a certain interval. These log files are analyzed by customer support only.
