iname: specifies the name of the
variable that is assigned to the value of
the index result. The index result is the
position in the list of the selected item.
ivalue: specifies the pre-selected
<option> element.
multiple: specifies whether multiple
items can be selected.
The following values are allowed:

- false (default)
name: specifies the name of the
variable to which the value of the
selected option is bound.
style
value: specifies the default value of
the variable defined by the name
attribute.
A data collection element used to declare
variables.
