The use of the button lamps depends on the feature associated with the button. Buttons
programmed with a feature that is not supported by the phone display as Invalid.

Status Display
The top lines of the phone display show information about you and your phone. For example:
The top line shows the date and time plus various status icons.
The next line shows information about the call/feature on the currently selected (outlined in
white) button or your own extension/name if the button idle/unprogrammed. It can also
display various status letter on the right-hand side.

Status Icons
The top lines of the display can include the following icons:
Do Not Disturb – This icon indicates that you have do not disturb enabled.
Forward Unconditional – This icon indicates that you have forward unconditional
enabled.
Ringer Quiet – This icon indicates that the ringer volume has been set to zero.
Volume Zero – This icon indicates that the call volume (handset, speaker or headset) is
set to zero.
High Definition Audio – The phone is using a high-definition audio connection.
Wi-Fi Connection (J159/J179 only) – This icon is shown if the phone is connected to the
network using Wi-Fi. The number of bars indicates the signal strength.
-
No Connection – This icon indicates a loss of Wi-Fi signal or incorrect password.
