Accessing
the
Features
menu
1. From the
Phone
screen,
scroll right to
access
the
Features
menu.
2. Scroll down to
see
the features that
have
been
administered for your extension.
Send
All
Calls
1. From the
Phone
screen,
scroll right to
access
the
Features
menu.
2.
Select
SendAIICalls.
3.
Press
Select
or
OKto
turn
Send
All Calls on or off.
Contacts

Note:
If
you
presstheContacts
button
and
nothing
happens,
your
system
administrator
has
disabled
the
button
and
its functionality.
Searching
for
a
contact
1.
Press
Contacts.
2. Usingthe dialpad, start
typing
the name forwhichyou want to search.
3. Press Callto callthe person or press More then Edit to edit contact information.
Calling a
person
from
the
contacts
list
1.
Press
the
Contacts
button.
2. Select the
person
or primary number you want to call.
3. Locate the contact you want by starting to type the person's name
as
it is listed.
4.
Press
Call
or
OK.
Adding
a
new
contact
1.
Press
Contacts.
2. Press New ifthis is yourfirstcontact listentry,or press More then New ifyou already have
entries
in your
contact
list.
3.
Enter
the
name
using
the
dialpad.
4.
Select
the
next
field.
5. Enter the
telephone
number and
press
Primary
ifapplicable.
6.
Select
the
next
field.
7. Select the type of number entered (general.work,
mobile,
home).
8.
If
you
haveanother
number
for
this
contact,
scroll
down
andrepeatSteps
5-7.
9.
Press
Save
or
OK.
Editing
a
contact
1.
Press
Contacts.
2.
Search
for
and
select
the
contact
you
want
to edit.
3.
Press
More
>
Edit.
4.
Choose
the field you
want
to edit.
5. Use the dialpad and softkeys to make
changes
to the contact information.
6.
Press
Save
or
OK.
Call
History
Calling
a
person
from
call
history
1.
Press
the
History
button.
2. Scrollto the leftorrighttoviewa separate listofall,un-answered, answered, or outgoingcalls.
3. Scroll up or down to select the person or number you want to call.
4.
Select
the
person
or
number
you
want
to call.
5.
Press
the Call softkey or the OK button.
Adding
an
entry
from
the
call
history
to
your
contacts
list
1.
Press
History.
2. Select the number you
want
to add to your Contacts list.
3.
Press
+Contact.
4. Edit
the
name
and
telephone
number, if
necessary.
5.
Press
Save.
Changing
the
display
language
1.
Press
Home.
2. Select Options & Settings or
Phone
Settings.
3.
Press
Select
or
OK.
4.
Select
Screen

Sound
Options.

Press

display
language.

Using
USB
Flash
Drives
with
your
phone
Subject to youradministrator's permission, ifyourtelephone has a
USB
interfaceand you have a
USB
(Universal
SerialBus)flash
drive
(also
called
a
thumb
drive
or
memory
stick),
youcan log
into
yourphone
from
anywhereinthe
world,
addcontactstoyourContactslist
from
an
E-mail
orotherPC
software program,and display pictures
from
the device on yourphone as a screensaver.
You
can
also copy yourcontact list
from
your phone to a USBflash
drive,
replace the contents of your
phone's currentcontactlist
with
those on the
USB
flash
drive,
or
temporarily
use the
flash
drive's
contacts
instead
of your
phone's
contact
list.

Note:
USB
Login:
Ifyou have automatic
USB
login
capability, the onlyContacts youcan see are those
on the USB device itself. Note that when you
use
the USB login, the Log Out menu option is
not availableto you;the onlyway you can log your phone out is by
removing
the
USB
device.
