If your device is configured to enable the Microsoft Exchange/Office365 calendar integration, your
Avaya XT Series device integrates with Microsoft Outlook and Avaya Meeting Scheduler Outlook
Add-in, as described in Calendar integration on page 19. You do not require Avaya Meetings
Management for this method.
You can also join an Avaya Spaces meeting or an Avaya Equinox
®
Meetings Online meeting with
a single click. The Avaya XT Series is able to parse invitations containing the URL in the meeting
location.
Procedure
1. Access the calendar screen to display today's scheduled meetings. From the Avaya XT
Series web interface, select Home and view the Calendar section. From the endpoint's
main menu, select Calendar.

2. Before the meeting starts, the Avaya XT Series displays a notification in the title bar of the
endpoint interface notifying you when the meeting is due to start. Then when the meeting
is about to start, you are invited to join.

If the meeting has already started, select
Join Now.
