All pictures in this paragraph show a
printer with installed Full Size sensor.
Assembling the printhead brush
1. Take the printhead antistatic brush (1).
The brush provides several holes of two
sizes.
Number and position of the holes
depend on the printer type!
(Fig. right above: brush for 64-06)
2. Hold the antistatic brush (1) in front of
the printhead.
3. Remove the screws which appear
behind the smaller holes (2) of the
brush.
Don´t loosen the screws behind the
bigger holes!
4. Fix the antistatic brush at the print head,
using the screws (2) you unscrewed
before.
Assembling the brush tubes
1. Remove the front and rear hood as well
as the left front housing.

2. Disassemble the print head motor.
