Dustfilter for 64-xx with serial
number 075580 or higher
For the use of printers of the 64-xx series in a
dusty surrounding, an optional dustfilter (1) is
available (article no. A9344).
Prerequisites:
•
Printer power supply type = ME500
•
Mounting holes (1) at the printer rear
side are available
The prerequisites are met with serial number
075580 (approx. from 03/08 on) or higher.
WARNING! – Fire hazard!
If this dust filter is mounted to a
64-04/-05 or -06 printer with the old
standard power supply NT400
(article no. A1680), there is a
danger of overheating the power
supply.
Mount the dust filter only to
64-04/05/06 printers equipped
with a ME500 power supply.
Check the power supply type of
the printer before installing the
dust filter.

Call SERVICE DATA >
POWERSUPPLYDATA > Type. Displayed
text:
•
„ME500PowerSupply“: The correct
power supply type is installed.
•
„CME PSupply“: A wrong power supply
type is installed. The dust filter must not
be installed.
