About the Compressed Graphics Packet
The compressed graphics packet is created by label design software when a format is saved in
LZ77 compressed format with a MIME wrapper. Some label design software sends data to the
printer as a graphic, so using the compressed graphics packet provides faster imaging and
printing.
Note: This packet is included for reference only since it is created by label design software.

E1. E Enhanced (Compressed) Graphics Packet
E2. graph_id Unique number from 1 to 999 to identify the graphic image. 1 is
the default.
E3. action Use A to add the graphic to the printer.
E4. device Use T to add the graphic to temporary storage.
E5. units Unit of measure. G (dots) is the default.
E (English - in 1/100 inches)
M (Metric -in 1/10 mm)
G (Graphic - in dots)
E6. row Distance between the bottom of the print area on the supply to
the bottom of the graphic image. 10 is the default. Measured in
selected units.

E7. col Distance between the left edge of the print area on the supply
and the left edge of the graphic. 10 is the default. Measured in
selected units. The column specified in the constant text,
bitmap, line, or box field is added to the col value above to
determine the actual position in the format.

E8. #row Number of rows in the data. Range: 1 to 32000. 1 is the default.
E9. #col Number of columns in the data. Range: 1 to 32000. 1 is the
default.
E10. size Size of the data in bytes. Range: 1 to 32000. 1 is the default.
E11. "name" Graphic name (optional), 0 to 8 characters, enclose within
quotation marks. “” is the default.

Adds a graphic image, identified by number 99 to temporary storage. The graphic uses English
measurements. The image is placed at row 10 and column 10. The image contains 25 rows and
50 columns of data. The file size is 256 bytes and the image is called LOGO.
