Port
Name:Editthetexttorenametheport.
Direction:indicatesthattheportisaninputport.indicatesthatit’sanoutputport.Iftheportiscongurable,
youcanclicktheiconstochangebetweeninputandoutput.
Normalstate:Click
foropencircuit,andforclosedcircuit.
Currentstate:Showsthecurrentstateoftheport.Theinputoroutputisactivatedwhenthecurrentstateisdifferentfromthe
normalstate.Aninputonthedevicehasanopencircuitwhenit’sdisconnectedorwhenthereisavoltageabove1VDC.
Note
Duringrestart,theoutputcircuitisopen.Whentherestartiscomplete,thecircuitgoesbacktothenormalposition.Ifyou
changeanysettingsonthispage,theoutputcircuitsgobacktotheirnormalpositionsregardlessofanyactivetriggers.

I/Odevices.Inadditiontodetectingifaninputisopenorclosed,youcanalsodetectifsomeonehastamperedwithit(thatis,cut

format,aswellasasnapshotofthecurrentliveviewimage.Alwaysincludetheserverreport.ziplewhenyou
contactsupport.
•Downloadthecrashreport:Downloadanarchivewithdetailedinformationabouttheserver'sstatus.Thecrashreport
containsinformationthatisintheserverreportaswellasdetaileddebuginformation.Thisreportmightcontain
sensitiveinformationsuchasnetworktraces.Itcantakeseveralminutestogeneratethereport.
