Playasavedrecording
Toplayasavedrecording,openitwithAXISFilePlayer.
Whenyousavearecording,theAXISFilePlayerwillbesavedinthesamefolder.TheAXISFilePlayerhasatimelineshowing
whattimetherecordingwasmade.
Validateasavedrecording
Youcanvalidatearecordingtoconrmthatthetimestampandimageshavenotbeenmanipulatedaftertherecordingwasrst
saved.Forthispurpose,adigitalsignaturewillbeincludedinthelewhenyousavearecording.Youcanaddapasswordtothe
digitalsignatureforincreasedsecurity.
Protectyourdigitalsignaturewithapassword:
1.InAXISCompanion,goto
>Customize.
2.UnderRecordings,selectShowdigitalsignatureoptionswhensavingrecordings.
Whensavingarecordingnow,theDigitalsignaturewindowwillappear,allowingyoutochooseapasswordforthe
signature.
Validatearecording:
1.OpenthesavedrecordingwithAXISFilePlayer.
2.ClickToolsandselectVerifydigitalsignature.
3.Enterpassword,ifapasswordwasappliedtothesignature,andclickOK.
Awindowappearstoinformwhetherornottherecordingisvalid.
