andprovidethebestvideoqualitybasedonyouravailablestorage.Bitrateishigherinsceneswithalotofactivity,comparedtostatic
scenes.Youaremorelikelytogetbetterimagequalitywheninsceneswithalotofactivityifyouusetheaveragebitrateoption.You
candenethetotalstoragerequiredtostorethevideostreamforaspeciedamountoftime(retentiontime)whenimagequalityis
