Why is the burner flame low on my AZ Patio Heaters Patio Heater?

  Several factors can cause a low burner flame. It could be due to low gas pressure, in which case you should turn the cylinder valve OFF and replace the cylinder. If the outdoor temperature is below 40ºF and the tank is less than 1/4 full, use a full cylinder. Check if the supply hose is bent or kinked and straighten it if necessary. Also, inspect the burner and orifices for any blockage.
