Installation Procedure

Step 1: Layout and Mark Terminating Points

Lay out and mark leg and center pole terminating points for tent setup.

Step 2: Establish Interior Box and Squaring

Use tape measures to establish interior box and square corner side pole positions.

Step 3: Tidewater Jig Method Layout

Use squaring jig to position markers and mark tent pole and stake locations.

Step 4: Triangulate Side Pole Positions

Use jig markers to triangulate and mark next side pole positions accurately.

Step 5: Mark Remaining Side Pole and Stake Locations

Continue marking side pole and stake locations around the tent's perimeter.

Step 6: Lay Out Tent Fabric on Ground Cloth

Unfold tent fabric over ground cloth, ensuring reinforcement side faces down.

Step 7: Match Lace Line Tags

Ensure lace line tags match correctly (e.g., Q to Q, K to K) when opening sections.

Step 8: Attach Side Pole Hooks and Center Pole Rings

Attach side pole hooks and pull center pole rings together to connect sections.

Step 9: Insert Tidewater Flagpole

Insert flagpole through lace section ring and then through the grommet section.

Step 10: Attach Tidewater Flag

Secure the Tidewater flag to the flagpole and unwrap it.

Step 11: Insert First Lace Through Grommet

Thread the first lace through the designated grommet for connecting fabric panels.

Step 12: Insert Second Lace Through Grommet

Thread the second lace through the next grommet and the loop of the first lace.

Step 13: Pull Second Lace Through First Lace

Pull the second lace through the first lace to secure the connection.

Step 14: Pull Lace Down Toward Third Grommet

Guide the lace downwards towards the next grommet for continued lacing.

Step 15: Repeat Lacing Sections Together

Continue lacing sections by threading through grommets and previous laces.

Step 16: Lace Second to Last Long Lace

Connect the second-to-last long lace through the final lace at the side pole.

Step 17: Tie Long Lace Using Half Hitch

Secure the long lace to itself by tying a half hitch knot.

Step 18: Attach Velcro Sandwich Sections

Lay fabric sections flat and attach the Velcro sandwich sections securely.

Step 19: Distribute Side Poles, Stakes, and Tie Downs

Position side poles, stakes, and tie downs near their marked locations.

Step 20: Place and Drive Stakes

Drive stakes into the ground at marked locations, leaving 2" or less exposed.
