stick set in the hole in the center
of the lid, press and release the
PULSE button 3 to 5 times to get things
started. Ne
xt, press the LOW button and run the machine at LOW for about
30 seconds
. Finally, push the HIGH button
. Continue until smooth. Turn
the stir stick

lockwise for best mixing results.

To serve the smoothie, push the LOW button,
hold a cup under
the valve, and with the motor running, press down on the dispensing valve.
