Before Assembling Step Ladder:
If 2521-CC has thru-hole, skip these steps.
1. Stack and align parts as shown with 2522-CC
on top.
2. Hold parts and drill 3/8" hole through 2521-CC
using 2522-CC as a guide.
3. Holes must be exactly aligned.
