The specific steps are as follows:
1. Park the vehicle on level ground.
2. Open the engine hood and remove the engine
trim cover. Engine trim cover removal method:
pull the engine trim cover upwards with both
hands holding both sides in the front.
3. Rotate counterclockwise and pull out the oil
dipstick as indicated on figure -1-.
4. Pull out the dipstick.
5. Wipe the oil from the dipstick with clean
cloth and insert the dipstick into the engine oil
dipstick port to the full extent.
6. Pull out the dip stick again, check the engine
oil level, and add engine oil according to the oil
level.
F-Upper limit mark for engine oil.
L - Lower limit mark for engine oil.
The oil level should be between the upper
limit mark and the lower limit mark.
A certain amount of engine oil will be normally
consumed during drive, the amount of engine
oil consumed will depend on driving habit and
vehicle running condition. Therefore, it is
necessary to regularly check the engine oil level.
It is recommended to check the engine oil level
before each time charging fuel or before a long
journey.
When the vehicle is driven for a long distance
on a high-way in the summer, or when towing a
trailer, or climbing a mountainous road, the
engine is ran under harsh conditions and the
engine oil level should not exceed the upper
limit mark -F-.
