HRF FILTER
HRF lter vessels consist of a blow moulded inner shell of breglass reinforced polyester resin over
wound with breglass lament. Baker Hydro breglass lters embody the latest in breglass winding
technology. Baker Hydro’s digitally controlled lament winding machine faultlessly winds continuous
strands of breglass lament to create a lter vessel with rened consistency and superior quality.
The design and the manufacturing process utilising the most up to date lament winding machine,
incorporation of non metallic ttings plus reinforcing manhole openings with proprietary methods, is
unique to Baker Hydro.
Sand Filtration
Incoming water from the piping system is
automatically directed by the Multiport Valve to
the top of the lter bed. As the water is pumped
through the lter sand, dirt and debris are
trapped by the lter bed, and ltered out. The
ltered water is returned from the bottom of the
lter tank, through the Multiport Valve and back
through the piping system.
