Usage Features

  1. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, open the cap, fill the cup with water up to the limit mark, boil the water, pour it out, and rinse with cold water. Repeat this process once to thoroughly clean the cup.
  2. Water Level:
    • Do not exceed the limit mark when filling with water to prevent overflow during boiling.
    • Ensure the water level always exceeds the probe at the bottom of the cup.
    • Never heat the electric cup without water, as repeated dry heating can damage internal parts and shorten its service life.
  3. Boiling Water:
    • When boiling water, do not cover the cap immediately to avoid scalding from steam.
    • For sealed use, open the seal rubber before turning on the switch to boil water.
    • After powering off, slowly open the cap to prevent scalding.
    • Avoid adding excessive water to prevent spillover and scalding.
    • The cup can be tilted only when the air hole does not overflow.
  4. Operation: Connect the power plug to a 110V AC power supply, press the switch button, and the indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the cup has begun heating.
  5. Safety Precautions:
    • Avoid electric shock; do not immerse any part of the product in water or liquid.
    • Exercise caution when using the product, especially near children.
    • This product is not intended for unsupervised use by children or mentally retarded persons.
    • Unplug the product after use or before cleaning.
    • Allow the product to cool down before cleaning or storing.
    • In case of fault or damage, do not attempt to repair it yourself; return it to a service center for testing.

    • If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, maintenance department, or professional personnel.
    • When cleaning or not in use, turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug; do not pull the power cable itself.
  6. High Altitude Use: In high-altitude areas (over 1000 meters), the product may not automatically power off due to air pressure differences. This is not a quality problem.

Maintenance Features

  1. General Cleaning:
    • Before cleaning, ensure the power plug is detached from the socket and the cup has cooled down.
    • Wipe the cup with a damp cloth.
    • Keep the power plug dry.
  2. Scale Removal:
    • Water quality varies, and prolonged heating of hard water can lead to scale buildup (white, yellow, black). While not harmful to health, scale can affect heating efficiency and appearance.
    • To remove scale, boil a mixture of common vinegar and water in a 1:2 ratio.
    • Let the mixture sit overnight, then pour it out the next day.
    • Boil with clean water again and pour it out.
    • Alternatively, scale can be removed using a scale cleaner.
  3. Storage: After use, completely pour out any residual water from the cup and store it in a cool and dark place.
  4. Waste Management: In accordance with "Regulations on the management of waste electrical and electronic products recycling," users should comply with national laws for recycling and disposal when the product is no longer needed or reaches the end of its life. It should be handed over to a local manufacturer with state-approved recycling processing qualifications.
