Cleaning the milk system
1. In a separate container, prepare a solution of water and commercially available
cleaning agent for milk systems/milk frothers. Observe indications on the
packaging of the agent.
2. Remove the milk hose from the water container or from the milk hose opening in
the drip grate and introduce it to the container with milk system cleaning agent
solution.
3. Press and hold the 'Menu / OK'
button for 3 seconds to move to the
program menu.
4. Use '∧' and '∨' setting buttons, and
keep pressing them to select
'Maintenance' option and use
'MENU / OK' button to confirm the
selection.
5. Use '∧' and '∨' setting buttons, and
keep pressing them to select 'Clean
milk system' option and use 'MENU /
OK' button to confirm the selection.
The display will show the above
information.
6. Press the 'MENU / OK' button to
start the milk system cleaning.
7. Press again the 'MENU / OK' button
to continue cleaning.
