WARNINGS:

Failure to follow these warnings and assembly instructions could result in serious injury or death from entrapment or
strangulation.

Read all instructions before assembling crib.KEEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR FUTURE USE.

Before each usage or assembly,inspect crib for damaged hardware,loose joints,missing parts or sharp edges,DO NOT use crib if
any parts are missing or broken.Ask your dealer or write to our customer service representative (address shown above) for
replacement parts and instructional literature if needed.
DO NOT
substiture parts.
•
Check fasteners periodically for tightness.DO NOT overtighten. This may cause distorsion or breakage.
•
After raising side,make sure latches are secure.
•
When child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35 inches(90cm), the crib shall no longer be used.
•
DO NOT place a crib near window where cords from blinds or drapes may strangle a child. Keep wall decorations, especially
those with strings, completely out of child's reach.
•
If refinishing, use a non-toxic finish specified for children's products.
•
DO NOT leave child in crib with side lowered. Be sure side is in raised and locked position whenever child is in crib.
•
When child is able to pull to standing position, set mattress to lowest position and remove bumper pads, large toys and other
objects that could serve as steps for climbing out.
•
Never use plastic shipping bags or other plastic film as mattress covers because they can cause suffocation.
•
DO NOT
tie pacifiers, necklaces, or any other items around child's neck or on the crib parts. This could cause strangulation.
•
DO NOT
use a waterbed mattress with this crib.
•
Any mattress used in this crib must be at least 27 -1/4"X51-5/8"(69cmX131cm) with a thickness not exceeding
6'(15cm).
•
Use a crib as a crib, not a playpen. Remember that a crib is not a substitute for parent 's supervision.
Parents should ensure a safe environment for the child by checking regularly, before placing the child in the product, that every
component is properly and securely in place.
•
"Strings can cause strangulation! DO NOT place items with a string around a
child's neck, such as hood strings or
pacifier cords. DO NOT suspend strings over a crib or attach strings to toys."
•
Toddler bed day bed,the intended user should be a minimum of not less than 15 months of age, with a maximum weight
not over than 501bs(22.7kg).

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS : Mix mild dishwashing liquid with water solution, apply to surfaces with soft cloth lightly
dampened in solution. After cleaning rinse then dry all surfaces thoroughly with soft dry cloth. No abrasive cleaners, scouring
pads, steel wool or coarse rags are to be used in cleaning.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
DO NOT store cribs in areas where temperatures and conditions are extreme such'asthot

attics or
cold damp basements. Both of these extreme conditions may cause cracking of wood, also loosen glue joints resulting in structural
failure.
